The Challenge
The brokerage needed every system ready before move-in, coordinated with the interior finishing trades in a multi-suite commercial building.
Scope of Work
- Cat6 data cabling pulled to workstations, offices and display locations.
- Patch panel termination and network switch installation in the rack.
- Ceiling-mounted dome cameras covering entries and common areas.
- Video intercom / smart access readers at suite entrances.
- Large-format display mounting for the boardroom and reception.

Office opened with a clean, labelled network and working security, entry and AV systems from day one.
